VILLAR CITES STRONG RP-MEXICO TIES: Senate President Manny Villar cites the flourishing trade and cultural ties between the Philippines and Mexico during the courtesy call of Mexican Ambassador Erendira Araceli Paz Campos. Villar said the bilateral trade between two countries is now approximately US$ 800 million. He added that having been former colonies of Spain, the two countries have a shared history and culture.
