ON SC CASE: Senator Mar Roxas (second from left) discusses the points against the GRP-MILF Peace Panel Memorandum of Agreement on Ancestral Domain, with local leaders who are co-petitioners in the Supreme Court case to stop the controversial agreement. Roxas stressed the need for the high court to rule on the parameters of a peace agreement, which must follow the Constitution and must be done with arms laid down. The Senator also called on the government to bring to justice those responsible for the killings and burnings in Lanao del Norte and North Cotabato, as part of the effort to bring back peace in Mindanao.
