I AM NOT SORRY: Liberal President Senator Mar Roxas, in a privilege speech on Monday, says that he is "not sorry" for "speaking of the people's anguish" during last Friday's anti-Charter change rally held in Makati. The Ilonggo senator said that his strong words during the rally merely revealed the rage of people oppressed by the corruption, hunger and unemployment so prevalent in the present administration.
