SIGNING CEREMONY: Senate Secretary Emma Lirio Reyes and the Honorable LIM In Gyu, Deputy Secretary General of the National Assembly of Korea sign the Letter of Handover which formalizes the donation of the 24 desktop computers to the Secretariat of the Philippine Senate from the Secretariat of the National Assembly of Korea.
