COMMUNICATION EXPO 2011: Senator Angara addresses the participants of the Communications Expo 2011. The event was presented by the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, headed by executive council of the National Commission on Communications. Members of the academe, media, LGU's and cultural organizations attended the two-day event.
