CONGRESS APPROVES BATAS KASAMBAHAY: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada is all smiles as both chambers of Congress finally ratify the bicameral conference committee report on the disagreeing provisions of Senate Bill 78 and House Bill 6144 or the proposed Batas Kasambahay. Congress will then transmit the final version of the landmark legislation to President Aquino for its enactment.
