BGY. TUBURAN, LIGAO CITY: Sen. Nancy Binay and Ligao City Mayor Patricia Alsua make a surprise visit at the evacuation center in Bgy. Tuburan, Ligao City where twins Andrew and Andrei Bongayan were born. Sen.
