SEN. OSMEÑA TALKS ABOUT JUAN FLAVIER: Senator Sergio Osmeña III recalled how the late Senator and Health Secretary Juan Flavier transformed many lives during his time. “Flavier was a big inspiration to me and to so many millions of Filipinos. His ways were simple. He had no airs. He was always for the common man. And he exuded and laid down the proper values and the principles by which all men must live,” Osmeña said in his eulogy.
