SEN. PIA ON JUAN FLAVIER: Sen. Pia Cayetano remembered how the late Senator and Health Secretary Juan Flavier took her under his wing. “At the start of the 13th Congress, I asked him if he would continue to chair the Committee on Health, he said, it’s your turn. I will support you. With the former Secretary of Health at my side, I faced the challenges with a positive outlook. I sponsored my first bill on the Expanded Vaccination Program” Cayetano said.
