MAYOR BINAY ESCORTED TO PLENARY HALL: Makati Mayor Jejomar Erwin ‘Junjun’ Binay (center) is being escorted by Makati City Administrator Eleno Mendoza, and Makati security personnel to the plenary hall where the Blue Ribbon Sub-committe inquiry on the alleged overpricing of the Makati City Hall Building 2 is being held.
