FLIGHT PLAN: Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) Deputy Director General for Operations Rodante S. Joya takes his oath as he appears for the first time before the Senate inquiry on the Mamasapano incident. During the hearing, Joya confirmed that there was a flight plan filed for “two fixed-wing (planes) and one helicopter” from Zamboanga City to Cotabato on the day of the Mamasapano incident.
