BANGSAMORO BASIC LAW: Senator Alan Peter Cayetano tells Miriam Coronel Ferrer, chair of the government peace negotiating panel for talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), that the present form of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) will allow the MILF to dominate the transition commission.
