BRITISH SCHOOL MANILA: Senator Sergio Osmeña III on Tuesday, May 26, asks British School Manila (BSM) officials about the circumstances leading to the suicide of Liam Madamba, one of their students. Eighteen year old Madamba, one of the students at the international school in Taguig, supposedly jumped from the 6th floor of the Dela Rosa carpark building in Makati on February 6.
