CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT: Sen. Bam Aquino, chair of the Committee on Trade, Commerce and Entrepreneurship, and Sen. Sonny Angara on Tuesday morning discusses a measure proposing to strengthen consumer protection and promoting high standards in trade practices.
