FARMERS’ TRAINING: Senator Cynthia Villar, together with SM Foundation's AVP Cristie Angeles and Harbest Agribusiness president Toto Barcelona, led the ceremonial transplanting during the recent launch of the "2nd Kabalikat sa Kaunlaran" in Las Pinas City. The senator, chair of the Senate Agriculture and Food Committee, said the program aims to provide farmers with training to achieve a sustainable agriculture. This program is in partnership with SM Foundation and Harbest Agribusiness Corporation.
