DRILON GUESTS AT ANC’S HEADSTART: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon joins veteran journalist Karen Davila in a photo after he talked about the Senate’s accomplishments throughout the 16th Congress on today’s ANC Headstart program, February 3, 2016. Drilon said that they have passed 285 bills on third reading, of which 116 were enacted as new laws of the land. “We did not neglect our principal duties of enacting laws and policies for the good of our country.
