UNVEILING THE CENTENNIAL STAMP: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon and Philpost Chairman Cesar Sarino lead the unveiling of the new Senate Centennial Stamp to be issued in time for the Senate’s centennial anniversary, during a ceremony at the Senate on Thursday, February 4, 2016. Drilon said that the stamp, which was designed by artist Luis Yee Jr. and features the different versions of the Senate’s logo throughout the years, was meant to represent the institution’s “glorious history.” Around 101, 000 copies of the stamp will be in circulation starting this month.
