TURNOVER OF THE CONSOLIDATION CANVASSING SYSTEM: The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) turns over the custody of the Consolidation and Canvassing System (CCS) machine to Senate officials led by Senate Secretary Oscar G. Yabes at the Plenary Hall of the House of Representatives at 12 noon today, May 9, 2016, in preparation for the machine's initialization at 5 o'clock by Senate President Franklin M. Drilon. The CCS machine will be guarded by personnel from the Office of the Senate Sergeant-at-Arms.
