TURN-OVER OF COCs AND ERs TO HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES: Senate personnel load the ballot boxes containing the certificates of canvass (COC), statement of votes and election returns (ERs) into a military truck early Tuesday morning, May 24, 2016.
