MACEDA, 81: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon delivers his eulogy during the necrological service for former Senate President Ernesto Maceda, who passed away last Monday due to multiple organ failure. “He was an intellectual giant, who carved his own remarkable niche in the world of politics, diplomacy, and media,” Drilon said.
