MANPOWER TRAINING GRAD: Senator Cynthia Villar tells the graduates of the Las Pinas City Manpower Training Center that they can use the "employable skills” on tech-voc course to land a job or start their own business. The senator said she believes that courses like this will help reduce the country's unemployment and dropouts at out-of-school youths. Under the Villar SIPAG (Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance), the senator has been providing free training programs for the livelihood of our people especially those in the agriculture sector.
