ORGANIC FERTILIZER FROM WASTES: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chair of the Senate Agriculture and Food Committee, checks on the organic fertilizer produced from kitchen waste. Organic fertilizer, an environment-friendly and cost-efficient means of managing solid waste, it is produced by combining kitchen waste with coco peat. The organic wastes are then distributed for free to our farmers to help them increase their production.
