MUDBALLS: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chairperson of the Senate Environment Committee, and officials of Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) show mudballs which were thrown into the waters of Manila Bay during the Annual Manila Bay Clean-up 2016 at the Manila Bay Sunset near the US Embassy on Roxas Boulevard, Manila. The clean-up activity was a partnership between Villar SIPAG (Social Institute for Poverty Alleviation and Governance) and LBP. The senator, a staunch environmental advocate, was the keynote speaker in the said event.
