DSWD BUDGET HEARING: Senate Committee on Finance Chairperson Senator Loren Legarda, during the hearing on the proposed 2017 budget of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), said that the Department must use the remaining 4 Billion Pesos from its 2015 budget for the poorest Filipinos.
