WHO IS SALI MAKDUM: Senator Alan Peter Cayetano (standing in the rostrum) questions Edgar Matobato on the true identity of Sali Makdum during the public hearing of the Committee on Justice and Human Rights, chaired by Senator Richard Gordon, on the recent rampant extrajudicial killings and summary executions of suspected criminals. In the previous hearing, Matobato alleged that Makdum was killed by the Davao Death Squad for being a terrorist.
