In a joint press conference, the two women-legislators committed to protect the proposed P 4.26 billion pesos budget for Family Health and Responsible Parenthood (FHRP) under the Department of Health's 2017 budget. "The RH Law is a landmark piece of legislation that solidified reproductive health rights and choices.
