LAUNCHING 1ST VILLAR SIPAG YOUTH POVERTY REDUCTION CHALLENGE: Sen. Cynthia A. Villar poses with students from various universities and colleges from the National Capital Region and nearby provinces during the launching on Thursday of the 1st Villar SIPAG Youth Poverty Reduction Challenge, a friendly competition among college students, OSYs and other youth groups for the Top 10 Social Enterprises which seeks to reduce poverty in the country. The launching was attended by students from Manila, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Quezon City, Cavite and Batangas, among others.
