DANGAL NG HARAYA: Senator Loren Legarda receives the Dangal ng Haraya (Patron of Culture and the Arts) award from National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Chairperson Felipe de Leon Jr. The NCCA conferred the award on Legarda for her contribution for the development of the arts and the promotion and preservation of our cultural heritage.
