LIVELIHOOD PROGRAM: Senator Cynthia A. Villar leads the ribbon-cutting ceremony during the introduction of coconet weaving livelihood project at the Baseco Livelihood Training Center. This is a joint project of the senator, who has been known for providing livelihood projects to our people, together with the the Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, Department of Social Welfare and Development and Kabalikat sa Kaunlaran.
