NATIONAL FILM PROMOTION ACT: Senator Vicente C. Sotto III vows to file a bill that will be dubbed the National Film Promotion Act to help the new, small film producers and all stakeholders to promote their movies in specific number of days and generate more income. Sotto has been thinking a solution after noticing a huge drop of MMFF 2016 revenue. "The small income of MMFF 2016 will definitely affect its beneficiaries."
