AMENDMENTS AND REVISIONS OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTITUTION: Senate President Pro Tempore Franklin M. Drilon, chair of the Senate Committee on Constitutional Amendments and Revision of Codes, exchanges ideas with legal luminaries present at Wednesday’s hearing, February 22, 2017, on the several proposals to amend the 1987 Constitution. Drilon said he welcomed the different opinions expressed by the resource persons for or against the proposed changes to the country’s Constitution. “That is expected and I'm glad that views were freely expressed.
