PREPARING TO RETURN: To help former OFWs manage their earnings, the Villar SIPAG has been providing financial literacy seminar to guide them in setting up small businesses and teaching them the advantages of wisely investing their hard-earned money from working in other countries. Villar, a warrior of OFW welfare and protection, cited the need for our OFWs to properly manage their earnings when they return to the country and decide to stay here for good.
