DECADES OF HELP: Senator Cynthia A. Villar was the Guest of Honor during the Quezon City Chamberette Association (QCCA) induction and oath taking of its newly-elected officers. She commended the group of "empowered women" for carrying out their mission of supporting our daycare centers and giving livelihood programs in communities for the past 55 years. The senator shared the vision of the group as she has been a known advocate of education and women even as a private individual or legislator.
