WOMEN MAKING CHANGE: Sen. Cynthia Villar was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by Busilak Womens Group for her utmost dedication and excellence in public service. The womens group also recognized Villar for having rendered valuable time and service as special guest during their workshop and seminar at the Subic Grand Harbour Hotel, Freeport Zone, Olongapo City.
