URBAN GARDENING WINNERS: The grand prize winners in each of the three categories of the urban gardening competition got P50,000 cash and a trophy. The following winners were Golden Acres National High School, Interschool; Phase 3 West Talon Dos, Homeowners’ Association and BF International/CAA, Interbarangay. Senator Cynthia A. Villar, chairperson of the Senate Committee on Agriculture & Food, has been promoting urban gardening in open spaces in urban areas.
