GO INTO ENTREPRENEURSHIP: Saying the unemployment rate in the country is still high, Senator Cynthia A. Villar tells graduates of Cavite State University in Naic campus to be entrepreneurs, to employ people instead of getting employed. Speaking in the school's commencement exercises, Villar says she has been advocating entrepreneurship as an option to earn a living. As a member of Congress, she has also been prioritizing and pursuing education-related bills.
