PH SENATORS MEET FRENCH COUNTERPARTS: The Philippine Senate delegation meets with Mr. Jean- Jacques Hyest, a former senator and member of the French Constitutional Council. Senator Loren Legarda, President and Founding Member of the Philippines-France Inter-Parliamentary Friendship Association, said that they had an interesting discussion on the history and duties of the Constitutional Council and how laws are enacted in France.
