ZUBIRI, UP CEM INAUGURATE REDREC: Finally, Sen. Juan Miguel F. Zubiri and the University of the Philippines College of Economics and Management (UP CEM) inaugurate the Rural Economic Development and Renewable Energy Center (REDREC) following its completion this year. The REDREC, a modern take on the Maranao house, is the newest building to rise in UPLB.
