COLORFUL STREET-DANCING COMPETITION: The participants and winners in the street-dancing contest had their photos taken with Senator Cynthia A. Villar during the 12th Las Pinas Waterlily Festival at the Villar SIPAG Grounds in Las Pinas City. Aside from the trophy, a total of P100,000 cash prize was given by Villar SIPAG to the Grand champion, 1st runner-up and 2nd runner-up. The Waterlily Festival, a brainchild of the senator, also the director of Villar SIPAG, was launched in 2005 to showcase the city’s love for the environment as a giver of life and livelihood.
