GROUNDBREAKING: Senator Cynthia A. Villar leads the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of two roads in Baseco Compound, Tondo, Manila, to provide more convenience and comfort to its residents. Villar, also chairman of the Senate environment committee, adopted Brgy. 649 in Baseco, where she has been planting mangrove trees and conducting clean-up activities on a monthly basis.
