VILLAR AT THE KAPIHAN SA MANILA BAY: Sen. Cynthia Villar, chair of the Committee on Agriculture and Food, shared with journalists during the weekly news forum Kapihan sa Manila Bay that some 900 farm schools are now established all over the country to give free training on farming-related courses. Villar said she hopes to build one farm school for every town in the country to train the farmers on modern methods of farming and running the farm as a business.
