SOTTO CRITICIZES FAKE NEWS: Senate Majority Leader Vicente C. Sotto III denounces the fake news that branded seven senators as Malacanang Dogs and asks the Senate Secretariat to coordinate to the National Bureau of Investigation cybercrime division to investigate.
