SEN. CYNTHIA VILLAR GIVES HELP: Senator Cynthia A. Villar gives assistance to the family of OFWs and OFWs who opted to return to the country after suffering various forms of maltreatment from their employers abroad. The financial help and sari-sari store package from All Home, Villar said, would be a big help for them to start anew life.
