Zubiri discusses the BBL: Senator Migz Zubiri, Chair of the Senate Subcommittee on the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL), discusses the fiscal aspects of the proposed BBL during a Senate hearing, Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
