Sen. Cynthia A. Villar at the Women’s Month Celebration at Transco: Senator Cynthia A. Villar joined the flag-raising ceremony of the National Transmission Commission (Transco) in line with their Women's Month celebration in Diliman, QC. She was invited to talk about women empowerment, particularly economic empowerment through livelihood generation. The senator is a known advocate of women’s rights and welfare.
