Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF): Senator Loren Legarda at the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) and Vulnerable 20 (V20) Troika meeting with colleagues from Germany, the principal supporter of the secretariat of the CVF and V20 since 2015.
