World Resources Institute (WRI): Senator Loren Legarda stresses the need for bold climate action, transformation in all sectors, multi-sectoral involvement, community level local climate action, and industrialized nations leading the low carbon pathway to meet the 1.5-degree Celsius global warming limit and to bring about sustainable development. Legarda made the statement during the press conference, “Talanoa Dialogue: What Happened and What It Means for COP24”, organized by the World Resources Institute (WRI) during the 48th Session of the Subsidiary Bodies of the UNFCCC in Bonn, Germany where she is Head of the Philippine Delegation.
