5th Singapore Dialogue : At the 5th Singapore Dialogue on Sustainable World Resources (SDSWR), Senator Loren Legarda and fellow panelists for the session, “How ASEAN Governments are Shifting to Green Growth,” were in agreement that coal is yesterday’s fuel. Legarda said coal will go into its own obsolescence as it becomes more expensive and with renewables becoming cheaper.
