Legarda Sponsors 2019 Nat'l Budget: Senator Loren Legarda, chair of the Senate Committee on Finance, sponsors the draft 2019 General Appropriations Bill at the Senate plenary on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. Legarda said the budget bill is geared towards our collective desire to provide our people with programs and services that would usher in personal growth, community development and national progress.
