Sotto lists priority measures: Senate President Vicente Sotto III lists the remaining priority measures of the Senate during the Kapihan sa Senado forum Thursday, January 10, 2019. The Senate will resume its session on January 14 and adjourn on February 9, after which campaign for the midterm elections will start. “If we could pass more than 50 percent of the measures in our list then we will be very happy with the performance of the 17th Congress,” Sotto said.
